Sorry to tell you, but when i read this post it seems you have no idea what "running a Server" is about. You search the Internet for Information what it Needs to run a Server, what Money you Need and how timeconsuming it is.

At this Point i would tell you to better join a Server, Play for some time and maybe become staff. Just to get some experience and knowledge about Server Management and Hosting in General.
