Can you make a server on 1.11.2 anymore?

i need some help, me and a friend use custom npcs to make stuff, and on 1.11.2 we need to make a server since the mod has changed and we cant on its 1.12.2 version

Yive's mirror has archives of server software for previous game versions.

Thank you! i will check out and see if it works, i also found a person who used to own the mod knew others like us so he made the mod where the custom npc is compatible but it is available for 1.12, we might still use this, thank you again.
