Alright, yes we are looking for staff. However, I certainly don't just hand out ranks, I'm not a bad owner. I must come to learn who you are as a person and if you are a loyal player. This would be how you gain a role for staff. This could take weeks, but that's just how I am as an owner. With that said, I do still need staff because it's hard having to do everything myself (apart from one other member who handles our website and discord). Don't come in asking for staff, come in ready to play and those who stick around have a great shot at earning a staff rank.
