I have been a server Owner, and have learned the great lengths to keep a server fun, active, and free of hackers ruining the game for the other players. I have also been a long term Co-Owner for over 2 years. I’ve been Head-Admin on four servers, Admin on seven, Head-Mod on two, Moderator on four and Helper on eight. I’ve had all this experience because I’ve been playing Minecraft for quite a while (around the alpha versions)I have very high experience with being Staff and also other things like Console and in game commands. I excel in social situations. This goes from greeting someone, carrying conversations, and helping players with whatever they desire. I pick up on things like a hawk; I can tell right away if a server is going to be a fun community, or fend for yourself free for all. This is also at play with other players, I can spot a hacker from a mile away, and pick up very quickly if someone joins a server to grief, beg for staff, or any other malicious activity rather than joining to actually play and make some friends.
