Cops and Robbers Servers

We are now running version 2.0 of our own custom coded plugin, which includes:
- Escape System, When you escape from the prison, you need to find the winner goldblock. There are 25 goldblocks and it's random every game which goldblock is the winner goldblock. If you win you will be Cop the next game.
- 10 Cells, instead of everybody spawning in 1 or 2 cells. Then we have 10 cells, you will spawn in one of the cells (It's random)
- 2 Cops, 1 cop will be choosen randomly and the other cop will be the winner from the last game. If the winner from the last game dosen't join again, 2 random cops will be chosen.
- Automatic equipped armor, As robber you will start with Orange lether Boots, Leggings and Chestplate, If you get choosen for cop you will get the warden armor and weapons automatic!
- 5 Servers, We currently have 5 servers with 40 slots on each, this makes the game more controled and fun to play!

Why does it say "you are not whitelisted on this server" When i try to join ???

it says server is closed? and when i try to go in it says its full
