What do we expect?

Moderators
Know the standard commands, WorldGuard, Essentials etc.
Know how to deal with angry/annoyed players
Know how to work in a team
Be mature

Prefered age: 12+
Admins younger than 12 will not be accepted!

Builders
Be mature
Know how to work in a team
You can handle some pressure
You can keep promisses
You have original ideas, copies found on internet will not be accepted!

Plugin Developers
Have a standard Java & Bukkit API knowledge
Behave mature
Be trustworthy
You can handle some light pressure

Not required but may help: Know API's like vault

Plugin Managers
Be known with the standard used plugin, World Edit, World Guard, Essentials, Logblock, LWC
You can learn new commands quick
You can read&understand YML (don't ask me what it is, you will be denied instantly xD)

Site Builders
You know: HTML, CSS

Not required but preffered:
PHP, Javascript and other web languages
Knowledge of Xenforo & Plugins
Knowledge of Wordpress (we need Site Builders to "get rid of" Wordpress)

Artists
You have orignial ideas
You can handle some pressure
You can design digital
You use "profesional" editing tools (GIMP great FREE alternativ to PhotoShop)
