Developer looking for a good server! <I work for free>

Hello, I am a developer that loves developing on Java, that's what I like to waste time of my life on. I can code different kinds of plugins such as:
1. Leveling with custom exp
2. MiniGames
3. Gadgets/Mechanics
4. GUI's
5. And Can Be More Advanced

I do work for free but I do require console access and if you don't trust me then I can get a few ppl for proof I can be trusted, if you want me to develop;
