Development Team for hire. We would like to be payed

We are a new development team of 3 developers. We can make some simple plugins and a website. We also have 1 modder so if you have a modded server they might be of assistance. We would like to be payed and we will agree on a price of which you should choose and we will see if we like it. If we don't we can negotiate.

Hey man, I saw your post and I am interested. I was wondering if I could pay you like this: I pay you for each Plugin you make, so let's say I request you to make me a Plugin and you tell me how much it'll cost for the Plugin to be made. Hopfully you're good at custom-Plugin(s).
