Dextoku Survival Recruiting Staff [READ DESC]
Hello, PlanetMinecraft!
I am the owner of a brand new server called Dextoku. It is not open to public yet, I am in need of a lot of active staff to help me. The server is a bukkit survival server that runs on 1.7.9, I am aiming to make it a fun server for many people to play on. At the moment it is hosted on my computer with 3GB of RAM. Once I get enough donations (If any) I will upgrade the server to a host. Our plugins include: Towny,Chestshop,Kingkits,Grief Prevention,Essentials,Group Manager,Mob Arena,World Edit, And World Guard. There will be more plugins in the future. Please consider joining The server when it is ready as I will be posting it when it is publicly open here and in the pc servers> Survival Servers Section. Here is the staff I need.

What do you do when there is conflict on the server?: matters what you mean like if their is money problems I can't exactly help with that, if their is server problems such as lag I could see what the problem is and find out how to fix it.
Do you promise to be respectful, follow all rules, and do your duty as staff?: Of course I would or else I wouldn't be filling out the application form, and promise to make sure that people have a very fun time on the server and make sure it stays safe.

Why should I pick you?: I think you should pick be because I have a lot of experience I have alot of experience being staff on servers If you would like to add me on skype I can tell you more In detail about the servers I have worked for. I also work on a Faction/Survival server currently but we are still getting everything set up right now.
Do you have experience with this rank?: Yes I do I have worked for a hub server that Shut down because the owner was gone for too long and decided to close it down. I have worked for Prison server as a Mod/HeadMod but I do Not have either of them on skype anymore since they have changed their skype and everything.
Do you understand that if you are inactive constantly you will be demoted?: Yes I totally understand that If I am inactive I will be demoted.
What do you do when there is conflict on the server?: What I will do when there is a conflict is listen to both sides of the parties and come up with a rational plan with using the minimal amount of command possible so that the players can enjoy the server and keep playing. Thats What I will do with most parties since I dont like using commands when they are unnecessary so that the player can play on the serve and not be like the staff is power hungry and ETC.

You should pick me to be Admin because i think i would be very helpfull to the server by adding my kind and love nature to the server And i would also like to note that i will not tolerate bad behavior on the server and i would love to help the new people that join the server. You should also pick me because i think everyone is kind and i would never insult or harm a player in a verbal or physical way (unless its a mini game xD) and im always nice to other players. But i will also make sure that everyone will follow the rules and listen to staff members and treat them well for what they are doing for the server.
