To all potential applicants,
DKP Minecraft is not new to the Minecraft community; however, we recently have fallen victim to a server host did no keep up to their end of a service agreement. As a result DKP Minecraft's original server has been wiped out as along with all our back-ups which we "ensured" to exist on our host's end in such an event.
But have no fear, DKP Minecraft is coming back stronger than ever! We have learned from our many mistakes with our first server and have a huge project in the works for a whole new way of playing Minecraft!
We aren't going to give all our details away yet!
To make this short we are looking for dedicated players who want to fill one of the following roles, we are starting from scratch so there is a lot of work to be done.
Builder: We are looking for players who have exemplary building skills with and without world edit. We are looking to create immersive worlds. Anyone who has experience with building skyscrapers, cities, or post apocalyptic style buildings is a bonus!
Quest Maker: We can't shed too much light on this at the moment until you are hired. Pretty basic though we are looking for help smoothing out a story line for the server, help build side quests, and create a "history" for the server and it's cities.
Coder: Anyone with experience working with PEX or other plugins that feel that can provide helpful input is always welcome!
General Staff: This one will be available after launch. A lot of these slot will be filled by builders, quest makers, and coders if they wish to stay with the server (we hope they do! ) However anyone who feels they would be a fair and helpful member of the server can apply for this opening.
We are looking to launch ASAP so we need devoted and productive members. Anyone caught abusing staff powers will be banned immediately, this includes hiding chests with diamonds, creating hidden bases, or anything else we might find destructive the server gameplay, mechanics, or aesthetics.
