Great! You got accepted! Now you are a “Trial”.
This is where you get to show off your skills. This is also the period where there are chances of promotion. You will be given a small portion of powers and will be working with preexisting staff member.
After you have made the trial period, you receive full powers. You will be given training on your role. Congratulations! You are a Level 1 staff.
Along your time in the server you will be given chances to advance through the ranks of the staff. With time spent on the server, your staff level will rise. (Max level 10 staff) Senior staff will have precedence and power over the lower ranked staff.
[Levels do not apply to Lead positions]

Why would you be a good (Position)?: I have a passion for Minecraft and I enjoy making new friends and bonding with them on Minecraft. Minecraft has been a big part of me and i just want to make it more enjoyable for everyone else. I hope that by being a staff on a server, it will bring me closer to my goal of helping make Minecraft servers more fun. I also think that it is only fair for the players on the server to play fairly without hacking/cheating. If I am accepted, I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible to learn and help the server alongside the other staff. I look forward to meeting the staff and possibly making new friends! But most importantly provide a condusive and pleasurable environment for everyone! THank You ! :)

Why would you be a good (Position)?: Because I am a dedicated player on Minecraft and can really help with the ability of this server. It is a joy to see a player having fun and this is what I want. The reason I hate hackers so much is that the spoil the game for others, maybe it is fun for them but not for others. For example, one day I was playing enjoying a really fun game, and a hacker decided to hack the server and he shut it down. Also on another server, there was a staff that was abusing and he deleted all the server files, so guess what. He blamed it on me. I also like helping servers out with plugins and glitches if possible.
Experience (Optional): I have had experience with servers, I was developer, admin, moderator, helper, co-owner, and moderator again. These multiple servers are now shut down and sadly the files were terminated.
