EckoMC is a new Factions server looking to expand. We are a professional and mature team with only the highest expectations. There are more spaces for staff members dedicated to expanding and supporting the community. We plan on creating a fun, safe environment for all ages. We are starting out small, but strong. So far we have a functional Factions server but soon enough we will expand to all different and custom gametypes. In time, I truly believe we can grow to become an astounding network. I am applying for general administrator because I am very reliable, patient, trustworthy, and determined to do my job. I am very helpful towards the community and I mainly help new players that do not entirely understand how the server works. I have seen many people break the rules while they got away with the unprohibited actions that they have taken. I really want to prevent those things from happening and help make servers a better place, keeping it safe from hackers, exploiters, abusers or anything that could form a threat to the server's state and community. Apart from that, I really like to assist the staff members and help people out that are experiencing any problems which staff members can't do anything about because they are busy doing their job elsewhere. I always answer the questions asked by players that don't understand something. I am very kind to the community, I always try to prevent myself from getting sucked into conflicts and instead try to stop them from growing into a large trash talking session. I am also very good at catching hackers because of my experience on the servers that I previously have been a staff member on. Being a staff member is a serious job that takes a lot of work, a lot of maturity, and just being there for the server. The role isn't for someone that just wants to have the rank and play around with it and make it into something it is not. I am not the kind of person who gets annoyed easily as I realise some people that play MC can be young, some are immature, and some may be not the smartest and need to have staff being patient to answer questions and help them. I have been a staff member (admin, moderator, GFX designer) many times before and have the experience with it.
I can help in all aspects of the server from building or just watching the chat. I can improve the user-friendly aspect a bundle as I can socialise with players whenever necessary. After playing Minecraft for just under 6 years I also have experience with and know how to use the majority of plugins that are commonly used in Minecraft servers.
I would also be happy to help in designing logos/banners/animations/music for the server if needed. Here is some of my design and production work to show you what I can do:
