Hi everyone, I am in need of an elite bukkit plugin maker to help me make a Hunger Games Plugin.
In the Hunger Games Plugin I need these things:

1. do /startpoint [1,2,3-12]
2. a /spectate
3. a /gamemaker [the player]
4. a /volunteer
5. a /arena rebuild
6. a /games warpall (warp all to places)
7. a /games start
8. a /games pause
9. a /games sun
10. a /games night
11. a /games rain
12. a /games day
13. a /sponsor [item] [#of items]
14. a /games restart
15. a /reap start
16. a /reap choose (randomly chooses the remaining tributes after the /volunteer)
17. a /reap assmeble (asembles everyone or tps everyone to the reaping stage)
18. a /reap set (sets the reaping warp)
19. /tributes list
20. /games stop
21. /gamemaker warp (warps to gamemaker area or buiding)
22. /drunk (gets drunk and everything goes swirly)
23. /feast (refills set items in chests)
24. /games auto (auto games)
25. /games manual (someone hosts the games)
26. /gameannounce [message]

I also want a timed feature like for example, after the 1st hunger games, it auto announces, The 2nd hunger games will begin in _hours and _mins _seconds
And Everything gets automated so we as ops dont have to really work as hard. I also want it so it DOES NOT kick everyone off the server when the games start. I want them to spectate. I want everything to be timed by this order and the announcements like this:

1st. "Reaping Day In 10 Minutes"
2nd. "Reaping Day In 5 Minutes"
3rd. "Reaping Day Begins Now"
4th. "Volunteers?" (Wait 30 seconds for volunteers)
4th. " _______has been chosen to be the girl tribute of District 1in the _ Hunger Games." (wait 5 Seconds)
5th. " _______has been chosen to be the boy tribute of District 1 in the _Hunger Games." (wait 5 seconds)
And So on until there are 24 tributes.
6th "You get 10 minutes to prepare for the hunger games."
7th "You get 5 minutes to prepare for the hunger games."
Then it warps them to their platform.
Then The countdown from 30
8th "Let The _ Hunger Games Begin and May The Odds Ever Be In Your Favor." (wait 5 seconds)
then do /game start (auto)
Kill Kill Kill wait till only 1 tribute is left.
9th "I present to you, the winner of the _ Hunger Games."
The victor gets 10000 dollars and a set of diamond armor automatically and is warped back to spawn.
All this is automated
The manual version will be hosted differently
The permission nodes are up to you. I want the permissions to support group manager.






If you are able to make this plugin and excede or meet my expectations for this plugin, you will have a title on my server know as, "Head_Plugin_Developer" or "Head_Gamemaker" or whatever title you want. You will also manage the games.
