Yeah... so I've kind of had a server with not much of a playerbase over the last few months/weeks and decided that it was time to do something. That something is factions, but I've uploaded the Earth as a map. Kind of cool. Anyway, the issue I've run into is that I don't really have much of a playerbase. For this kind of stuff to work we need people to be in charge and dedicated to their faction.

So yeah, I'm basically looking for faction leaders to get this thing started. I don't need much of an application, I'm just looking for people with gusto (and friends, whether they are from online or you actually know them). Say that you'll stick to it and won't give up, and that you'll be in charge of recruiting for your faction (not my server adverts that get members for you to recruit, but you actually get the people to come to the server), and you're a faction leader. It helps to have Skype and be sort of older, but I don't really care all that much. Dedication is all I really need for this project to work.
