Why were you banned? I don't know. I think it was talking back to staff for grifing my builds

I want the rank (builder or mod) becuase I can help build new lobbys or maps that you need and I have had some experience as an admin, I was once an admin on one other server. I have also been an owner of my own server and have had some experience with helping player's and screening players to become helpers and builder’s on the server.
How Long can you play for a week? on week days I can play 4-6 hours

Do you know how to Help Other users? Yes I do my little question What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? I would advise them to take time to explain things in the simplest way possible, to keep calm and not to lose their temper. It can be frustrating at times trying to explain things to youngsters, especially those that are fairly new to Minecraft and new to playing on servers, but no matter how many times you may have to repeat yourself, or how many times you may have to rephrase your replies, you cannot fly off the handle at them, keep a cool head, take a deep relaxing breath and do your best to assisting them to the best of your ability…Then if all else fails beat them to death with your diamond enchanted sword...just kidding , my sword is not enchanted J
