I'm looking for an excellent builder to build our new spawn. All I'm asking is for the buildings, etc., No need to put extra work and program anything into the spawn, We'll take care of that.

Why not? Just hit F2 while in game to take a screenshot. Then go to
%appdata%\.minecraft\screenshots\
(PC)
Upload those anywhere you want, and send me a link.
