Experience
In my real life, I work as an intern trainer. I train people how to better themselves everyday. With this, I can provide a great staff training service! I have also owned various minecraft server in my days! I am known to be a great redstoner and a great plugin configurator! I've been an administrator and server manager as well! I've always loved to improve myself! I am fluent in all minecraft plugins and commands!
What Sets You Apart
You might be thinking that i am just another guy on the forums looking for staff. No! I love to help out! I just want to help servers, big or small. Improve themselves into something greater! I have a great personality and am easy to get along with! I can switch from strict, to chill and laid back extremely fast. My consequences that I give are always fair and never to the benefit of myself or anyone else ( I don’t “take sides”).

The main problem with the "What sets you apart" section is that it doesn't set you apart. Everyone writes that one way or another and there's still massive variations in skill. For that to carry weight, more would be needed.
Though if I was looking for staff, I'd prefer to prove that more by going to servers and actually helping off the bat, not just expecting owners to come in and offer free ranks, which legitimately good owners probably won't do.
Knowing every plugin and command's a wide claim. Tell me about

where /group addgroup comes from
And preferably not opening up google, this is really more of a thing where you'll know if your claim was correct or not. If you don't know them, 3 are functions off mainstream plugins, one's from a somewhat common plugin and the last is obscure but one of the few of its type. All are good to know even if not commonly used.
Broad claims are about as reliable as me saying "I'm notch and I'll code a version of MC just for you." detail (not massive blurbs of text, but detail nonetheless) will actually set you apart.
