FACTION SERVER NEEDS STAFF & BUILDERS -=-=-=-=
Hello, I am currently the co-owner of KhaozCraft! (Factions server- Soon to be hub)
We are looking for staff to help manage and build the server.
Open positions -
T-mod (If your good enough you go to moderator)
Admin (If your really good otherwise you will be t-mod)
Builder (You can build for us on the server before you become builder)
We may have more positions soon!
I would really appreciate if you came to the server to play as a non-staff if you are not interested in a staff position.

Builder Application

-Experience: i have been playing minecraft since before 1.2.1 and jumped right into building at the beginning. i have been playing ever since and think the architectural freedom in the game is its best aspect. I have never been part of a big minecraft build team or anything but i am currently creating some builds to apply for builder in the Esterlon Community.
-What are you good at building?: i am good at building very detailed builds and sometimes modern builds as well. I like to refer to real world buildings and i strongly enjoy building large buildings.
-How sensible are you?: i am very sensible when it comes to building. i like to make sure what i'm building is structurally sound looking to make it look as realistic as possible.
-Why do i want to join?: i want to be a builder on your server because i have always wanted to be part of a server build team. I think i bring a lot to the table when it comes to building and making your server look great! (i wouldn't mind being an admin btw)

Im a person Who doesnt give up no matter what, There is a saying from Frederick Douglass that I take to heart and it is, "If there is no struggle there is no progress"
I dont want to own a server for my own funds or donations but I will put every donation torwards the server or charity, It makes me so sad whenever I see a poor person or disabled person on the street and I wanna be a person who helps them. I dont use the server for my own needs but to me a server is for the players fun and the joy of seeing a player join the server and staying and being part of the community, If I dont become staff I wont just leave the server I will stay on the server and still support it as a member and I hope I can still be friends with the owner.
What is your private and own skill and talent? :
Im a nice person.
I love suggestions
I never leave a single player behind if they request something about trouble I will Respond to them asap
I dont care if a play is a donator all Players are treated equaly
I wont chose my friends over members and wont give them special abilities
I am Obidient my partner wont have to repeat something to me more than once
I Treat everyone as part of the community
I am willing to do anything for the community that is withen my reach
I am on for 12 hours a day
I wont Join another server and help them for the server I help on is my main priority

A new flow with the project not just by ideas but the whole base I feel like Nothing is perfect so we can improve it more.
