I meant decide between....It's only temporary :/
Honestly I suggest both because iConomy is just money plugin and neither one of the plugins are no one were near the same. Because more than likely people will want shops in the server so they can buy items that are hard to obtain or are not possible. Now if you mean a difference meaning PVP vs Economy I suggest a combonation of both.
