A developer is someone who MAKES plugins, it's not someone who just puts them in the plugin folder and configures them. You say you know everything about coding but you don't even do anything coding related in your ''services'', so why even put it there? Coding does not mean changing the text in the config of a plugin. Also, there are no such thing as plugins that cost $10, you either get them for free on a plugin website, or you make them from scratch for a server.
The correct term for what you're doing would be ''Plugin Manager''.
