**GoonCraft RPG Staff** Seen on Minecraft Top5
We are currently looking for professional builders, devs, lore writers, and texture pack makers.
Our server has been featured on MCTOP5, and we hope to become a leading server for our tekkit, minez, and rp servers. We will also be attending minecon (server edition minecon-2012-server-edition-t152855.html) In hopes of attracting new players.
This means builders are in high demand for us, and we want to make this the best experience for any and everyone.
Requirements are as follows:
Builder -
Able to create professional buildings according to the server's theme (RP - fantasy)
Ability to follow simple rules, and work under someone.
Having skype is preferred.
Proof of past builds is preferred.
Dev -
Able to maintain plugins, mysql, yml, java know the basics of server code.
Able to work under slight pressure.
Skype is required.
Writers -
Able to be creative, and have very good grammar and spelling.
All lore will be in English.
Must maintain theme of the server (RP - fantasy)
Texture Pack Makers -
Must follow the theme of the server (Minez - Zombies, RP - Fantasy, Tekkit - science, fallout, etc)
Must maintain communication through skype or email.

I understand you don't have an admin position but I'd just like to note this since I'm wanting to be part of a minecraft community again but can't really find one that is going to get far, for example.. gooncraft.. it seems like it will so I'd just leave this here..
I'm a former plugin developer, although, I didn't develop them, I only maintained them and changed code whenever the admin needed me to, although from that position I more went to an administator of two servers, ventrix which was ranked '101' in the minecraft voting system and another server which I cannot remember the name of, but it only had about 60+ people online when ventrix had 300+.
From working on ventrix as an administrator I learned alot about commands, plugins and social skills, and much more working within the minecraft community of listening to ideas from members, so I have alot of knowledge with that.
I mean, I could list a lot more but if your wanting an extra admin possibly we can talk about it on skype?

Working: Aslong as the person(s) above me are not complete and utter dickheads and do not pester me i can work under them, also i would like to be open to constructive criticism just like i am. If they are not please do not accept me as there is no point because i am a very opinionated person that always has facts to back up any argument i start and that i will finish.
Building: I don't know about fantasy unless it is Dwarf fantasy, as i love building dwarf buildings, villages, cities, towns etc i could build a thriving and busy city along with either custom NPC's or testificate from normal MC, i prefer to work alone with requests as what would like to be placed into the build although i can work in teams aslong as they are committed and are not dicks. I can build medieval for sure, i can build some steampunk as i did before on a old tekkit server that has now been shutdown.
