I've always been interested in making my own server, and until recently never tried to seriously. I'm interested in Factions or Towny, though I'm more interested in Towny because it seems like there will be less terrain destruction, and providing an epic environment where my players will be immersed.
Such levels of immersion will have to come from an amazing, and well built world! I've set a deadline for the server to be live in 1 week, unfortunately I can't achieve this alone because I also have to work on the plugin side, advertising, building, etc. so I need some dedicated and creative builders for my team.

What were your duties? I was the head admin so i was incharge of all the staff and everything that happened on the server, i was incharge of all the ban appeals and any other majoy problems my staff couldnt deal with.

Seriously guys, Don't just ask for a staff position and definitely don't ask for admin straight away. I just want to add onto something that Tal said, and I'll obviously delete it if Tal tells me to, But don't apply with a tiny, non-detailed application.
