Group Manager Not Working
My group manager is having some issues on my server, First off the the permission nodes are not working, the prefixes are working and all, but the perms are not working! please help!

Alright, that leaves the groupmanager version. GroupManagerX should be good, Bssentials groupmanager doesn't appear quite updated enough. The list of errors leads me to believe there's incompatibility involved, either with the plugin and server jar or involving another plugin entirely.
I don't suggest using the g:groups for the main source of perms - try adding them via the file where you say "here are my groups". Alternatively...
GM is worse in configs than other plugins, so another angle would be to try and add a few perms ingame to the main groups (owner, moderator, default, etc) and then go to the configs and continue them with the same formatting as the perms you see that were added ingame.

Nitwick Ok so your saying it's essentials GM Version incompatibility or plugin incompatibility? And one more thing the OP override is enabled but in-game it won't let me use commands for GM it says that a internal error occurred (it will let me use GM Cmds in the console) do you know how to fix that? It's very likely to be incompatibility stemming from the plugin itself, especially if you cannot use ingame commands.
I'm still not sure which version you're using; if you haven't already, try using GroupManagerX.
I'd test for a config problem on my testing server, but it's not quite the right version; later, perhaps, I'll go line by line through the config and see if it isn't a typo somewhere.
If you're using the old style Essentials Groupmanager, that roots the problem right there. Bssentials I haven not verified to work properly after 1.10.x. GroupManagerX I can't completely verify, but it's likely your best shot if you want to continue using GM. It's not been well updated ever since EssentialsX booted it from official development.

I would suggest using another plugin entirely, or hire someone you know, or someone new to take care of it. Is the plugin the correct version? Did you miss a ","? In a config a lot can go wrong. Make sure to double look everything.
