Help! People using proxys are putting swatchka all over my!

Help people are putting these symbols all over my server i ip ban them and it comes in with a differnt thingy like :25565 out differnt HELP!

If the server is bukkit, get a plugin named AntiJoinBot, reload your server then do /ajb. If all else fails do /whitelist on

The ip ban would only ban the proxies ip, so using a different proxy would have a different ip. You should just white-list your server.
