epic spawn for server hub we are planning.
We decided to hire 5 builders with extreme talent in building this project! There's no involve money to this
project. If you feel you wanna help our server grow feel free to come and

I find it interesting how people use the term "Hire" when they're not paying anything. I can understand not wanting to spend money, but in such a case using the term "hire" is a bit confusing and disappointing. Try something like "looking for builders" or "recruiting builders to build a hub".
Also, 5 extremely talented builders? Most that fit those requirements will either be building their own stuff or working for actual money. 1 or 2 decently talented is the most you're likely to get, from my own experience.
