Hiring Devs - Paying Money - Preferred Free

Hello all. Before i get started, big thanks to all the people who took time to view this Thread. The Conjuction, an MC 1 Server Hub, is in need of devlopers. We are mainly needing 2-3 developers who can produce games at whole. with all the features we request. You must be available on the weekends, and try your best at what challenges and assignments we assign you. Deepening on your skill level, time being, and what you can do, we may pay. We are paying up to 50 dollars USD to a dev for 2 months at a time. Devs would be rewarded with not just money, but gift cards to give to players and other stuff. Me and my college do have Plugin Experience and Management, so don't worry, we are dumm dumbs.
We dont require much to apply. Proof of a plugin would be nice, but as long as you can prove you can code, your fine, as we are more the welcome to invite new devs to the business. We do require a few things in your app bellow:

I am not the best and making them but I can code config re create the plugin in config just not create but I could get a random one and change it too a custom one I would make if I could create them anyway so basically the same. And all that. I would wish for no payment and okease don't say are you sure yep completly free I wouldn't want money for it.
