How to op myself on my server?

First, sorry if this is in the wrong place, second. I have just made a new server and I have two questions
1: How do I op myself (I have used the op.txt and tried ingame)
2: How do I find and or change my ip? Please help!

To find your IP go to google and search up "whats my ip" , and you cannot change your IP.
To Op your self go to your console and type /op [yourname]
To Op your self go to your console and type /op [yourname]
