Oh, sry but I already got the server up and running but i could make you a high rank, so you will have full access to the server. I will give you the console username and password, by ingame mail. BTW if there is any way you can get people to come to the server, plz do.

What experience do you have with permisions and plugins?: I have run my own server called kokserver.com if you would like to have a look and I am a Developer on a Massive amount of over servers I know how to do permissions and plugins as I do this kind of stuff on minecraft and at collage.
Have you ever griefed before?: Never in my life
How many hours/days a weeks can you be on?: about 17 hours on weekends and a bit less on the week days. Work on the server all week
I would like to add on the end I am very responsible and respectful of EVERYONE if you pick me, I will work very very hard for the server
