Well this post has been reported since it violate several PMC rules, it will be deleted and you can bump your thread in the correct section once every 24 hours.

There is no rule saying you cannot post a server that does not connect to the minecraft database in the regular server section, where it only says you cannot post servers that operate by using hamachi. Spam would be posting multiple topics within the same forum for spreading awareness of a server.

Your server was actually "bumped" several times today. It doesn't have to say "bump", you are only allowed to post aka bump your server once every 24 hours, if you have extra information to add you edit your post to include it.

There are rules saying you cannot post servers in multiple sections at once, and also it says that they need to be posted in the correct section. You have 2 ad postings in both Hamachi/Offline server and Servers, also since your server is offline, it should only be in the Hamachi/Offline server section.

Here are the official PMC rules since you did not take the time to read them before submitting your post:

Do not Upload:
Servers that you are not the owner of (an owner is defined as somebody with access to the servers' console and server.properties file.)
Servers for personal attacks
Servers with no in-game images
Cracked and/or Hamachi servers, they go here(The "they go here" part links to the Hamachi/Offline servers section)
Only one advertisement per server is allowed, regardless of how many admins or owners there are
Anything with references to illegal activities

It also specifically states "No cross posting" which is what this is. Please review the rules and abide by them like everyone else does. Breaking the rules will only make you and your server look bad, and impression/reputation is a big thing.

Please bump once every 24 hours as another user said. Also this server is offline mode, and you already have an ad in the Hamachi/Offline servers section, so this is spam.
