4. Why do you think this position is good for you? I believe this position is good for me because I love to help people on minecraft servers. I have good experience with staffing and I have very good social skills. I also have amazing problem solving skills.

7. What makes you stand out from most people applying for staff? I like to think I stand out with my professional experience of staffing on the Crafting Dead. It has over 1 million runs and had over 100$USD of donations every day.

I believe that you do not have to pay me unless you believe I do good at my job, though, if I feel I am doing really good I might ask for payment. (If server is available to)

I am able to read lots of forum posts and give useful feedback such as; New class ideas, and importantly the help and support sections when all that eventually opens. I can also help the mod team by ensuring that I understand why people may be depressed about something which I am capable to help with, or if any means of help i am able to do it.

Im a people person if i have an answer to the question i will surely answer it, but in the case that i don't have the answer i will refer the player to another staff member who might have the answer.

Requirements are too strict you need to be simple when staff is extremely needed, I meet every requirement BUT these two 'Must have a mic' What if we can't afford one that works after 1 week? 'Must have experience in every category' why is it needed if you are applying for 1 rank? Poor, have fun getting real applications
