LETS BE CLEAR, I AM LOOKING FOR DEVELOPERS
_ PEOPLE WHO CAN CODE CUSTOM PLUGINS _
Basically, my staff and I are looking for a developer for our new server.
No, I am not giving out the IP on here, mostly because it is white-listed for staff to freely work on it. We have funds to run the server, and to pay the developer, so payment isn't a problem.
We are not looking for someone to code us one plugin and leave, but someone to work on the server with us and be apart of the community, being given all the donator ranks of course and whatever they need to get their work done. You must show me you can code on Skype using screen-share before you are given the IP or even information on what our plans are, this is just for precaution needs.

Lol, if your looking for a developer then your looking or someone who can inter-grade other plugins to work together, a person who codes is actually a "Scripter".
