Looking for a good spawn builder!

Hello guys, a new faction server in development.
We are prepared to go big and are looking for a spawn builder. If anyone would like to build you will probably be rewarded with a rank on the server later. Please, you must be an experienced builder. A factions style spawn would be great.
Requirements:
Good building skill
Skype (no mic needed)

Hey. I am willing to take on the challenge of building you a spawn.
I wouldn't say I have the best building skill out of everyone but I am really good with design and detail and what blocks to use where ect. I do all my builds alone as I am a independent worker. But that doesn't mean that I cant make some pretty mean builds
