Looking for Graphics/Web design Partner

I am thinking of starting a web design company, who would target different MineCraft servers. The only problem is that I don't have any staff members.
I would need a Graphics designer and a Web Developer.

I can help with graphics. I'm generally great with GIMP, but still fairly new to PS.

When you say, "Web Designer" you do mean, HTML and HTML 5 kind of design, right? Not Enjin, or anything similar to that? If so, I would like to help you, I am kind of new to HTML and HTML 5, but I have found it easy and would like to learn!
