Looking for a great Faction team

Hey you!
You wanna create the best faction there is on ANY server? I need at least 10 people and they also need skype! First I'll tell you the conditions. No whiny 10 year olds or younger because since they are too immature we can't cooperate correctly. What I need is some great PvPers miners and some smart people as well to help me in the making of this faction

We raid and focus on everything possible. If you have a server already that includes these plugins....

You can play on my server, i can make you a mod if you make youtube video's or you just get people on the server. I have all those plugins besides mcmmo, but i can get it if you wish. (Its 24/7)
