Hello i host my own server which is 24/7, no lag (depends on where you are) and more I use a PEX ranking system and they are fully working with there own commands etc. which i did myself, PM me if you are still interested as i can set up an IP address that YOU would like (only certain parts though)

Ok,hate to pop your bubble here.. But no one is going to run a serer for you.. For free that is. If you are looking for a good host, Check out sites like beastnode, they do cheep,good server host with easy to install plugins.
