Looking For Mature Players On My Server

I am wanting to start a vanilla server, sort of like Mindcrack, and I am hoping that most of the players can be of age. Preferably 17+ Going to be completely vanilla, no plugins, nothing at all. Just good old fashioned Minecraft.
