7.) Will You Be A Active Staff Member? Absolutely 100% Effort 100% of the time
8.) What Do You Do When Someone Uses Caps? Ask them to stop, no reason to ban unless they absolutely spam the chat with curses
9.) What Will You Do When Someone Griefs? Ask them what happened, why it happened if there is no good reason most likely ban
10.) What Will You Do When Someone Places TNT? If it is a danger to someone's building then i will quickly destroy the TNT and confiscate it, but if the TNT is just in a random area I see no problems, as long as there isnt a server crashing amount of TNT

9.) What Will You Do When Someone Griefs? Jail and ask them questions if it is necessary ban. Then fix grief.
10.) What Will You Do When Someone Places TNT? Watch them see if it is their property then if it isn't keep watching if lit off use command /remove tnt 100 then do step 9

10.) If i find someone who is using tnt for decoration, i would allow it, if i find someone who is using it to grief, it is an auto-ban
