Looking for Partner/Manager/CO-Owner

Hello there!
I'm a fifteen year old guy from Sweden hosting a not yet released server. Over the years, I've been hosting many different servers and gotten a lot of experience as a server host, I'm even learning the basics of coding as we speak to facilitate my job. The only thing I'm really missing out on, is a great and experienced Co-Owner or manager. I've always had a tough time when it comes to ideas for the server and would really need a partner to help me out. The server I'm currently hosting is probably classified as an ECO/PvP/RPG/Towny server and involves ranking up with in game money that gives you access to more and more features and fun in the game with every rank up.
I'm in need of someone who could create custom plugins for the server, someone who could help me out with ideas that will expand and evolve the server, and then implementing them.
The time I've had to write this down has been very limited. If you feel like there's information i didn't provide or that there's something you'd like to know, I'm willing to answer all potential questions.

-I can do all of Worldguard for you
-I can build for you
-I can help come up with innovative ideas
-I can handle the server for you while you are away
-And I can take care of any issues you are having
Experience wise I have played Minecraft for about 6-7 years and I have been staff many times, I have even owned servers before and I have also helped manage a lot of servers so I have more experience then most people when it comes to handling players and issues that could be involved with servers.

it sounds like you need a dev you're going to have to pay someone in that market. but manager/ co-owner i would be more than happy to assist you in your server. i do have experience in owning a server so i would actually be able to help unlike some other kids on the forums.
