What I'm looking for: I'm looking for any server new or old that could use someone else on their team.
What experience do you have: I know a good bit about all this stuff, I can navigate easily through console and I understand how to fix bugs and use all plugins. I have owned 3 servers.

Eeeek, if I still had my server I wouldn't hire you. I also don't believe you know how to use ALL plugins plugins...lol.
I have applied on single servers at a time @silver_leaf , but this option simply lets more owners notice it and boosts my chances of getting accepted, I'm sorry you feel this is inappropriate but it is allowing a broad range of people to see it.
and yet it has not worked because the ppl that bump there own posts are probably anoying 13 year old boys
You cant bumb your post every minute. If you are looking to help out a server then apply, Based on your application above no one will let you have console least of all be apart of their server. If you want something go get it, dont wait for it to come to you.
