I have had a server for about 2 months now and have just had it sitting there with nothing on it. I have now gone onto it and decided to do something with it, but I need help to do so. I have not been able to work plugins ever since 1.8 so I will need a dev, I can build but i'm sure some people can build a lot better. I also will need some Helpers and Moderators for when i can't get on.

Experience:I moderated on a server with over 500 visitors a day. But unfortunately I had to take a break because of family issues and I lost my spot, but I will not be taking any breaks if I am on your server!

I just wanted to add some additional stuff: i would like to be a moderator because, I've seen some pretty mean stuff said around the community and I would like to have authority to stop it! I believe I could help the community. I know we have lots of young kids playing on servers, so we need to make sure that our servers stay upbeat and appropriate. I know kids are gonna be kids and say stuff that shouldn't be said that's why you just let them of with a warning the first time. I'm not gonna lie, I've said things before but I have stopped my self from typing them. I'd just like to teach kids to keep it to themselves and I want this to be the best community from children all the way up to grown adults, that can all respect each other.

The three options as listed in the poll have been used so much... why not other things that might peak more interest?

You do make a point, but because they are used so much it's probably easier to get an experienced dev who knows what they are doing with the plugins needed. If I get a dev that does know how to work with a huge variety of plugins maybe I will do something unique till then this is it. It doesn't mean this is what im doing for sure with the server.
