Hello, my name is JamieGre. Yesterday I started a new server with a goal of creating a popular server. I am trying to get the server to pay for itself through donations, or it will have to be shut down, or handed over to a new owner. As can't afford to pay for it forever.
I am looking for 20 staff to get my server started. The available ranks are:

Do you know how to config plugins, and on a scale of 1/10 how good are you at it?: Depends greatly on the plugin. Takes me some time to know each plugin but I would have to say 6/10 as I did run my own server at one point.
On that note, when I say ran my own server I mean I ran a real server, almost always 5-6 players on and 15-16 in the busy times. Few staff so I did most of it by myself, from plugins to managing people. If that helps at all.

First of, i would like to say that i know how to treat people, because i know how it feels to get teased by a staff (I have been there) and i wish to be a admin that people can trust, and like. I can also take responsebility if it was gonna be a problem with the players.
