MINECRAFT ESSENTIALS SPAWN

me and my friend are making a server and we made it factions and we built it away from spawn and need to use essentials spawn to make new spawn but every timew we try we get error saying (an internal error occurred whild attemting to perform this commands)
CAN SOME ONE HELP PLEASE
