MittensLand The land of the lazyman
so Mittensland implemented a few new systems rp and non rp.
first off we have the classic minecraft aspect:
Start
You start off as a normal minecraft player not much here really ,this system was implemented so you can get a good handle on things before we throw you in the deep end. Nice amounts of recourses, a preferred faction , a house, etc... after that you get the fun bits. we also support Survival and creative (creative under development)

Elemental
you can pick one of 5 elements (fire, water, wind,earth and chi blocker), and use them as a weapon against your foes this leads to many fun minigames, we will talk about later, anyways after you chose your preferred element you can start using it against your foes most of you at the moment are thinking of shooting little blocks out of your hands. I can assure you it looks quite vivid and powerful (see video attached below.)

Viral infections
generally we have two. One is a bit buggy if we cannot fix it we will stick to one.
viral infection 1: the vampire infection, it is unknown how this virus is caught, but if infected you will have 3 days and 3 nights (in game) before you turn into a full vampire. As a vampire you have many cool abilities! For example you can no longer eat bread and pork you have to drink blood by killing animals, and players. You are given a significant damage boost but can no longer come out in the day. The vampire will burn during the day however at night mobs do not attack you and you have night vision .

(bugged) viral infection 2: The werewolf infection similar to the vampire, but you gain different powers as you go along, day does not hurt and infection is a lot harder

Role Play
everyone has a skill set.
Mining for example. If you right click you activate gigadrill, and thus mine blocks with one swing of the pickaxe!!!! You also get chance for double loot! This lasts about 2 seconds you can up it to 5 seconds by raising your mining skill. This also applies for all base minecraft skills such as woodcutting, repair, cooking etc

Loot system
At MittensLand we have a instance loot system. Once a week all the instances reset and you have to fights tons of mobs for different loot chances as well as different amounts of money.

Shop system
you can't be bothered running instances every week?! BLASPHAMY!!!! well i suppose it is a hassle so we introduced a shop system where you can sell your goods to other players

Trophy system
MittensLand has its own trophy system when you kill a mob you have a 5% chance to get its head (all mob heads included), but when you kill a player you have a 100% chance to get that player's head

GUI
no one likes to type commands all day /warp so and so /tp so and so its a pain!!! so we introduced a gui system you start off with an item (a compass) if you equip the compass and right click you are given all you need in that gui

Dragon tours
The server has fully functional dragon tours of all the areas you need to know about (yes you do ride a dragon)

PFS (Pay For Stuff)
donors on the server get a few cool abilities such as pets (cosmetic) e.g pigs wolfs cows whatever, and the ability to use disguise craft and shape shift into specific mobs

i skipped factions and all the generic plugins in this post as all of you know about factions and world guard and such
