Hello everyone I am bobert5 and I am making a new server, I guess you have viewed this post as you want to become a staff member on this server? Well lets see if you meet the search criteria:

RAM: 3GB
Type of server: Vanilla
It will either be towny of faction, post what you think after you application!
What I need:
Builders: 3
Admin: 3-4
Moderator: 5
Plugin Specialist: 1-2
Firstly we need a few builders for the spawn and such so here is the app for that:

I don't give them the items because it's unfair for others and if they continue asking give them warnings until kick/ban.

Well first I would warn them and ask them nicely to stop. If they don't then I would kick them and again ask them to stop. If they start to do it a 3rd time I would give them a temp ban and make sure to let the owner know. I would also try to help the town fix up as much as possible.

What exactly will a Plugin Specialist do? Will he/she create custom plugins, or configure the config files/permissions?
Both in a way, Its just I am not very good with plugins.
