Need help for huge roleplay

Hello, my name is Chandler, and I need help for my prison roleplay.
What i'm looking for:
A map creator to build a prison map NOTE: I need a town to start off in and I also need two person cells PLUS you also get to be in the roleplay anyway you want.
Some main characters, you pick the traits,
Some criminals,
A prison gang,
A good texture pack,
And if you want to know what the reward is if you want one, it is a choice between: Staff position, Op in game, or pick a reward.
PS: The roleplay will be on the server: 198.23.157.85:25565
