Need help with a server

I am going to be hosting a server soon. I know exactly how to host servers but I need an expert on plugins! If this person can help me, they will become an admin once the server is up. I need someone to explain to me how to install some plugins. Some plugins I'm interested in is factions, mobhunt, and all of those basic /sethome and /tpa commands. I am obviously open to suggestions!

Plugins you know how to install: I know a ton of plugins, and how to configure them, I cannot say that I know all of them, but If there is a plugin I cannot install I am sure I could easily learn how to.
