In need of a Plugin Coder

Hi, i have an idea for a really good 1v1 plugin. Basicly after a certain amount of kills in the 1v1 arena, you rankup to a different prestige and in that prestige you can only 1v1 the players in your prestige.

I have way more ideas for this plugin, but incase anyone tries to steal it i would be more comfortable talking to someone who can make me this plugin on skype. If you think you are capable of making this plugin, please post a reply and your skype name below.
