Well, you could go with something such as www.webs.com, which is a free host with easy to use templates.
I am able to help make a website. Do you have a website host? If not, I am able to find free website hosters. PM if you are interested in my assistance. I also have experience in managing servers as well. (I do not need a Co-Owner title. I want to just help. However, if you do choose me, a Admin title would be nice.)
