New Factions, Kitpvp, Minigames Server looking for Staff!

Hello members of PlanetMinecraft. I the owner of NeoCraft am looking for staff. Not any staff. Certain qualifications must be met to be considered. Feel free to fill out a application post below and I myself will personally take a look at them. We are a new server only up about a month ago but has not have had an offical opening date as we are still under development. We currently have 3 global moderators and 1 hunger games moderator. We are looking for moderators in all areas.

When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play? - I first got minecraft 2 years ago ; Exact Date- February 25, 2013
Have you ever been banned or temp banned on any server? -I have been accused of hacking but i was proven to be innocent.
Do you have any experience with being a moderator?- I have a moderate (Puns...Sorry) experience with being a moderator on some small servers like those of my friends.
How many hours can you contribute per day? - Anywhere from 2-4
Are you VIP? If so which ones do you have?- I am puzzled on your definition of V.I.P. so I am going to say no.
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - The advice I would give someone was that they need to be patient and that they do not have as much maturity then you so you have to be patient and that good things happen to good people.

Why do you think you deserve this position?- I think that I deserve this position because I have a LOT of incoming ideas and I have been told that I can handle problems. Also, I am very nice making the players feel welcome to the community that you have to offer. Another thing is that I could introduce people to the server.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? -Be calm and patient don't loose your patience be nice and deal with it calmly and don't get agitated if they start getting mad and raging or acting really really young and annoying and just deal with it appropriately trust with me I know I've dealt with it alot
