New Kind Of Prison Server Needs Managers!

Hello PMC! I have been thinking about some other unique game mode I can attempt to make on a server, but all that came in my mind was prison, prison, prison. So now I have decided to make a prison server but it is not just some regular prison server! This Prison has some weird jobs the prisoners have to do to rank up blocks to earn their freedom! But since I don't want people to steal my ideas, I will only reveal them to you through skype after you agree to help the server with your skill that our server will need!

The reason I want to make this server is because I want to influence in a new age of minecraft. Too many servers have the same idea and most of them don't build upon it. That is why they do not get lots of players because they are using an idea already used by another server with a bigger audience. Hopefully with my new ideas I can make a change in the MineCraft community and help them find out that they have to work a little harder on their servers making them somewhat more unique than another but still keeping the main fun included!

What plugins are you good with?: I'm good with most of the essential plugins such as essentials, group manager, world edit, world guard, etc... I've had 2 servers in the past, and I probably had around 25-50 plugins on each server, so I have quite a bit of experience with plugins. I'm very good with configuring plugins, and making then do exactly what you want.
Can you make plugins?: As of right now, no.
Can you configure permissions?: Yes I can. I have a lot of experience with using group manager and Permissions EX. I would prefer to use group manager, but I can configure any other permissions plugin you want to use.
Can you configure most plugins?: Yes I can, I can configure practically any plugin you want me to configure.

Can you configure permissions?:Yes! this is my strongest point, i can code pretty much any plugin you throw at me, and aslo im quite good at finding answers so if you were to have a question it would be rare for me to not have a answer for you.

I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.
Previous experience?
I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on HereCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on SamsCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)
